In our workshop we produce tailor-made conveyor belts from PVC, PU, PTFE, silicon and rubber. With our advanced technology we can manufacture customized belts from about 80 different types of materials available in stock.

By offering a large variety of materials, profiles, and bindings, we dedicate to developing tailored solutions to machines, to factories and or to their representative technical service dealers. Our dedicated and experienced service team is keen to find a solution for any of our customer’s needs. Our workshop uses specialized high-frequency cleat welding, which provides a better bond between materials and minimizes waste material.

TAILOR-MADE MODULAR BELTS
We assemble the modular belts in our workshop from our stock, which allows us to deliver at very short lead-times.
Plastic modular belts are durable and hygienic alternative to standard conveyor belts, with extremely easy maintenance: you can easily replace any section of the belt within minutes by yourself! Belts are available with differrent pitches like 0.5", 1", 2" to meet every appication. Every single belt is assebled by hand in our workshop, so you can decide about every dimension of your belt: Width, length and height of the flights, sidewalls etc.
